across multiple disciplines. Each director brings specialized expertise and a proven track 

record in their respective fields, ensuring AIM is equipped to deliver efficient, compliant, and

Katie Worden, Director of Information Technology Solutions 

Katie Worden’s career in information technology began with hands-on experience in help 

desk support, where she gained firsthand knowledge of troubleshooting and client service. 

Over her five years in the industry, she has advanced into network support, developing a 

comprehensive understanding of IT infrastructure and systems management. Katie’s steady 

career growth reflects her strong technical abilities and adaptability, qualities that are 

essential in managing the rigorous demands of federal IT contracts. Her ability to resolve 

complex technical challenges ensures that AIM’s federal clients have reliable, secure, and 

high-performing IT systems. 

 

Jacob Turner, Director of Facility Management Services 

With nearly a decade of experience in security management, Jacob Turner leads AIM’s 

Facility Management Services with an emphasis on safety, compliance, and operational 

excellence. His background includes managing facility security and coordinating logistics for 

high-security environments, which equips him to handle the complex facility requirements of 

federal agencies. Jacob’s commitment to maintaining secure and well-managed facilities 

ensures that AIM can deliver reliable, compliant facility management solutions that align 

with government standards and operational needs. 

 

 

Cheyenne Compton, Director of Program Management 

Cheyenne Compton brings over 15 years of expertise from the financial cost management 

sector, where she excelled in strategic planning and resource allocation. Her experience in 

business strategy and planning enables her to optimize program structures, ensuring that 

projects are executed efficiently and within budget. As AIM’s Director of Program 

Management, Cheyenne’s analytical approach and strategic insight empower her to oversee 

multiple, high-value contracts simultaneously, offering government clients a streamlined and 

effective path to project completion. 

 

Amy Mays, Director of Human Resources and Administrative Support 

With more than 30 years of experience in clerical and administrative services, Amy Mays is a 

vital contributor to AIM’s success. Her comprehensive background includes data entry, 

payroll, accounting, recruiting, and administration, making her adept at managing complex 

HR and administrative tasks critical to contract fulfillment. Amy’s extensive expertise 

ensures that AIM’s human resources and administrative processes run smoothly, supporting 

federal clients with accurate, responsive, and well-organized administrative services. 

 

Mario Mackey, Director of Transportation Solutions 

Mario Mackey’s 20 years of experience in transportation management cover a range of 

services, from freight and towing to limousine and charter bus coordination. His familiarity 

with logistics and transportation allows AIM to meet diverse federal transportation needs 

efficiently and reliably. Mario’s strategic oversight of transportation resources guarantees that 

AIM can provide responsive and dependable ground transportation solutions, customized to
